Here are the workers at Charles Perks Ltd, Willenhall in the 1920s. Established in 1892, with its foundry in Croft Street the firm were brass malleable and grey iron founders. The company manufactured castings for motor cycle and cycle trades and also the electrical trade. They also had a foundry at Bradley near Bilston. A new health centre and Community Hall are in course of being built on the site at present. The works was relocated in the Short Heath area for a time but it is now closed.
